At this time we only accept payment electronically by bank transfer or via paypal, payment needs to be made upfront in order to confirm your booking. Once verbal confirmation is given we will issue you with an invoice via email to make payment.
Yes we cater for all of the above, please ensure you mention your request at the enquiry stage to ensure nothing is missed.
We keep the produce cool during transportation and we recommend that the produce is not left out for longer than 4 hours from the time it is received, if after 4 hours you still have perishable produce, we recommend that these are removed and disposed of.
We offer a free delivery service within a 6 mile radius of DE73, and may offer a delivery service outside of this zone for a discretionary charge. Alternatively we do offer a collection service too.
Due to the nature of the service, regrettably, we cannot accept refunds. If you wish to change your date this may be accommodated where enough notice is provided.
We are unable to provide an exact time for delivery, please check our delivery windows before ordering. Please also be aware that if you are not at home or dont answer during the time of delivery and haven't specified for us to leave your order in a safe place then the order will be returned and available for collection for up to 4 hours.
